This privacy policy explains how WORLDWIDE BILLION TRADING ENTERPRISES LIMITED, trading as Bravunet (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit bravunet.com, place an order, or otherwise communicate with us.

  • Payment processors, to take payment and handle refunds and chargebacks.
  • Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, to deliver your order.
  • Email and customer service providers, to send notifications and manage support.
  • Analytics and advertising partners, as described below.
  • Authorities or advisers, where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Advertising and analytics partners

We use third-party advertising and measurement partners to show our products to people who are likely to be interested in them, and to understand which advertisements lead to visits and orders. These partners may set cookies or receive device identifiers, IP addresses and information about pages you viewed or purchases you made on this site, and may combine that with information they hold from other sources.

Our advertising partners include AppLovin Corporation and its affiliates. When you visit our site, AppLovin may receive device and usage information — such as device identifiers, IP address, browser information and the pages or products you viewed — and may use it to select and measure advertising shown to you on other apps and websites. We also use Meta Platforms, Google and Shopify's own analytics tools for the same purposes. Each of those partners uses your information in line with its own privacy policy.

We will never treat you differently for exercising a right.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser where the applicable law requires us to.

Marketing emails

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any such email. We will still send you transactional messages about orders you have placed.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

International transfers

We are based in Hong Kong and our service providers operate in a number of countries, so your personal information may be transferred to and processed outside the country where you live. Where we transfer information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
