These terms of service govern your use of bravunet.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by WORLDWIDE BILLION TRADING ENTERPRISES LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, trading as Bravunet (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own and that the information you give us is accurate.

Products

We sell dog harnesses, leashes and related walking accessories. We describe every product as accurately as we can, and the sizes, materials and features listed on each product page are the ones we intend to ship. Screen colours vary between devices, so the colour you see may differ slightly from the item you receive. We may change or discontinue a product at any time.

Fit and safety

Our harnesses are walking equipment, not restraint or safety devices. They are not tested or certified as vehicle restraints and must not be used in place of a crash-tested car harness. Measure your dog and follow the size chart before ordering, check the fit each time you put the harness on, and inspect the webbing, stitching and hardware regularly. Replace any item that shows wear.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because of a stock or pricing error — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation. All text, images and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
