What to include

An existing order — your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

A return or exchange — the order number and the reason. Email before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address.

Damage or a fault — photographs of the item and its packaging, in natural light. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Choosing a size — chest girth, neck and weight, plus your dog's breed if you know it.
